Mary Scheer (Then)
Before being widely known as Freddie Benson’s overly protective mother on “iCarly”, Mary Scheer was one of the original cast members on the comedy sketch series “MADtv”. Mary stayed with “MADtv” until the end of season 3, shortly after having her child. She continued acting in various degrees. You can hear her work on “Invader Zim”, “Angry Beavers”, and “King of the Hill” in which she voiced various characters. Mary voiced Suzie Kokoshka on “Hey Arnold”, Ann Landers on “Family Guy”, and Mrs. Tim Drake on “Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker”. She has starred in “Elvira’s Haunted Hills” and had cameos on the Disney Channel’s “Hannah Montana” and “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody”.
