Charles is most popularly known as a cast member from “Whose Line Is It Anyway,” as he was on the show from 1999 – 2005. He’s had cameos on “Married…With Children,” “ER” and “Big Love.” In 2011, he was cast as Morgan Ross, the film directing father on “Jessie.”
